Returning Students - Priority Enrollment

Priority enrollment for current Summit families for the 2011-12 school year is Monday, February 7th, 2011 through Thursday, February 12th, 2011. Siblings of enrolled students, who will be enrolling for the first time, may also enroll during this priority week.

New Students - Enrollment
New students make take advantage of an early enrollment system from Monday, February 14th, 2011 through Thursday, February 17th, 2011. To register during this time students must have completed the admissions process, including parent tour, student visit and assessments, and provided report cards and standardized testing results.

Potential new students are added to the early enrollment list for the grade to which they are applying, in the order the admissions process is completed.

When reviewing applicants for entrance, the admissions team tries to select students that will make a difference in our school community. In order to ensure a good match between the student and school, several factors, where applicable, are taken into consideration: academic aptitude and achievement; transcript of grades from previous school; teacher recommendations; participation in extracurricular activities; evidence of social-emotional maturity, initiative, and responsibility.
